As the student progresses through their school career, the system stores and maintains all documentation associated with the student in a safe, secure environment. In addition to the security of the data, the system allows 'roles' to be set up for users of the system to manage the accessibility and functionality.

Currently, there are five different roles for the system (admin, support teacher, mainstream teacher, parent, student). Additional roles can easily be added at the district's request.
